HOW TO DECIDE ON A MENU?

The way to get your cost per person

Take the most expensive entrée that you pick (out of the 2-3 choices that you pick) then add everything else to that, salad, appetizers, & dessert. This will give you the cost then add tax (.0925) & tip (20%).

The appetizers can either be passed or can be on the table when everyone is seated.

Example. Fish, Pasta, Beef

Dessert

(pick 1-2)


Wine $35 per bottle ( White or Red)

Beer $3-$4

Mixed Drinks $6-$7

Corking fee $20 per a bottle brought in.
